How much notice do you need for an order?

Typically we request at least a two week notice for orders, however it's always worth checking to see if we can fit you in with less than a 2 week notice as we may have availability for your date!

What allergens do you use?

Our cakes and buttercream both contain eggs and butter, and we use almonds and peanuts on occasion for specialty flavors. We are not a nut free bakery, but please notify us of any dietary restrictions when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

Is there a fee for last minute orders?

Yes, moving forward any rush orders (72 hours or less) will have an additional fee of $20 added to the final bill.

Where do I pickup my order?

We are a home bakery, and pickup can take place at either on of our homes located in Cleveland by Waterloo or in Lyndhurst! Once your order is placed, we will work with you to set up a pickup time and location.

Do you offer gluten free cakes?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer gluten free cakes. However, our french macarons are gluten free and a perfect addition to any cake order! See our menu for flavor selections.

How do I transport and set up my cake?

The safest place for your cake when driving is the floor of the front seat of the car, or in the trunk if it's able to be boxed in and secured without sliding around. Your cake must remain refrigerated until about 45minutes to an hour prior to serving. If your event is outside, we recommend displaying the cake in a shaded area, and for indoor events we suggest a cool area away from any windows with direct sunlight.
