Q & A
FOR WEDDINGS
How much notice do I need to order a cake?
For traditional cakes, we would request at least two (2) weeks’ notice. For anything more customized, the more advance notice, the better. We book out quite far for custom-decorated cakes and suggest inquiring as soon as possible.
Do you require a deposit for cakes?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to secure your order. We will send you a link to pay via CC, and the remainder of the balance can be taken care of upon pickup. Wedding cakes require a $150 deposit.
What if I need to change my order after it’s been placed?
Orders can be adjusted up until one (1) week before the event. Unfortunately, after that point, we have begun to prepare and organize ingredients and decor for the week, and making adjustments is not feasible.
